Front brake change, no problems but car not cleaned on collection. This has been rectified with a follow up call from reception who has arranged a full valet service in September.

mini cooper was booked in for its MOT and annual service which is on a service plan. When I received the call to advise me of the findings the impression was that all issues were mot failures and given very high quotes to repair. Which I challenged
